Valenzuela City became one of the destinations of the Kingdom of Bhutan’s study tour on good governance in the country. The foreign delegation was toured in the city hall on their visit on June 2, 2014. The group witnessed the city’s award-winning anti-corruption program, the 3S+, and the Philippines’ biggest in-city housing project, the Disiplina Village.

Valenzuela City became one of the destinations of the Kingdom of Bhutan’s study tour on good governance in the country. The foreign delegation was toured in the city hall on their visit on June 2, 2014. The group witnessed the city’s award-winning anti-corruption program, the 3S+, and the Philippines’ biggest in-city housing project, the Disiplina Village.

Bhutan’s government is considered as a young and learning one after it shifted to constitutional monarchy in 2008 from being an absolute monarchy for over 40 years.
